Refund Policy
These terms apply to all 2027 registrations. Send requests to info@firerescuesocial.com.
Cancellations 60+ days before the event
Full refund less a $50 processing fee. Requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Cancellations 30–59 days before the event
50% refund, or a full credit toward the following year's conference.
Cancellations within 30 days
No refunds. Registrations remain transferable to another member of your agency at no cost.
Substitutions
Send another person from your department at any time, including on site. Email us the replacement name and we will reissue the badge.
Duty-related exceptions
If you are held back by a deployment, major incident, or staffing emergency, contact us. We will issue a credit for the following year.
Virtual registrations
Non-refundable once login credentials and session recordings have been issued.
